Environment, Health And Safety Manager

Roles and responsibilities:1) Responsible for the EIA/AAI and SEVESO approval and Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulatory requirements and CATL standards2) Provide support to DIGA and PIGA application process3) Participate in the safety management of the plant (design, construction, and acceptance) and equipment (development, design, and acceptance) in the entire life cycle stage to ensure that it meets the requirements of Spain regulatory requirements and CATL standards4) Responsible for establishing the E.H.S. safety management systems in CATL manufacturing location in Spain5) Lead the preparations of government audits or other external party's audits6) Attend meetings with government agencies, like EPA or municipality government7) Ensure emergency response plans are in place and aligned with local regulatory, regional, divisional and corporate requirements.8) Lead the development and execution of facility security program9) Develop strategic planning for environmental sustainability programs, and team up with local team and other function teams to drive environmental sustainability projects to achieve deliverables.10) Other tasks or assignmentsJob requirement:1?Bachelor, Master or above;2?Safety engineering, fire engineering, and environmental engineering-related majors, NEBOSH qualification is preferred, and experience in working in the Spain and project construction in the Spain is preferred3?Familiar with the laws, regulations and skills related to environmental protection, industrial safety, and fire management in the Spain;4?Familiar with Auto CAD drawing software, proficient in office software; Mastering security risk assessment and hidden danger control technology;5?Familiar with ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems, with strong communication, organization and coordination skills; 6?More than 3-5 years of experience in corporate safety management, safety management experience in lithium battery companies is preferred;7?Spanish and English, proficient in communication and writing in English; 8?Have a strong sense of responsibility and organization and coordination skills, and have good communication and teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
