Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Responsibilities Field inspections as part of inventory, screenings, pre- and post-project monitoring of renewable energy projects (mainly wind farms and large-scale photovoltaic farms)Field inspections of bird activities (including transect counts, point counts, breeding bird censuses, MPPL, concentration identification, buffer recognition)Bat activity recordings (detector registrations)Mapping using GPS/GIS technologyParticipation in the preparation of official documentation regarding conducted field activities and conducting contractual correspondenceFrequent business trips, mainly within the provinces of Lower Silesia, Lubuskie, and OpoleCompletion of field inspection sheets and databases - Cooperation with the Environmental Protection Coordinator - Work based on commonly used monitoring methodologies - Collaboration with the Team in tasks executionRequirements Good knowledge of the characteristics of national wildlife, with particular emphasis on ornithofauna and chiropterofaunaAbility to identify species of fauna, partially flora, and habitatsAvailability – mobility – fieldwork 5 days a week, working in early morning and evening hours, night inspectionsCategory B driving licenseAbility to prepare documentation summarizing completed work (reports, official notes, etc.)Knowledge of legislation regarding nature conservation – at least in a general extentPractical knowledge of GIS applications (ArcGIS, QGIS) is desirableWe offer Necessary work tools (equipment, car)Task-based work, mainly involving field trips and documentation preparationEmployment based on an employment contractTraining programs – we have R.Power University where we offer interesting training packages to enhance professional qualificationsWork for a leading company in the solar energy industry, contributing together to environmental protection#J-18808-Ljbffr
