Thank you!Your responsibilitiesYou will manage the supplier Prequalification process, coordinating with project engineering and finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.You will lead the preparation and management of RFP / RFQ and tenders, EPC subcontractors, consultants, service providers across project phases.You will conduct accurate analyses and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, EPC subcontractors and service providers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.You will be point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, consultants during Tender process and contract negotiation.You will be in charge of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests, Purchasing Orders, and payment requests.You will provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.You will browse the market to obtain rates from suppliers for the Project cost estimates.You contribute to our success ifYou have successfully completed your university studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable degree.You have experience in Procurement, Project management or Subcontractor management showcasing expertise in working with subcontractors, consultants, and related stakeholders, ideally in the renewable energy industry.You are proficient in MS Office and Excel, which underlines your ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.You are business fluent in English and Spanish.
