Ensure that tickets areproperly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according toprocess defined. Support provided is functional (analysis, feed-back, recommendation ...).4. Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing isconcerned.5.Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing factory to ensure that release validationprocess is done properly6. Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of on his/her area7.Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problemsolving and enhancement.8.Work closely with the Business/Regions/International teams in meeting (phone calls, face-to-face)and meet their expectations for the projects / enhancement's delivery.9.Contribute, review and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification. Contribute to testing andvalidation.Technology Skills:1. Minimum 5 years of SAP PP experience with exposure to multiple projects like Global template design /build / validation, roll-out and support.2. Sound Knowledge in the area of SAP – PP (Production Planning) with hands-on experience on thefollowing areas.To have exposure on the regression testingExposure to ABAP Skills (Basic debugging skills)The resource should have at least 8 years of SAP PP Experience and good experience inProcurement or Inventory Domain6. Business experience or very good awareness on his/her area. Domain experience in Manufacturing isan added advantage7. Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, ...) and technicalbackground (customizing, environment, transport orders, ...), different stages of projects (run,deployments, testing, ..
