Desired Skills : B2+ English level written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proactive and forward thinking attitude and creative problem solving ability. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow-up on multiple concurrent tasks. Experience in Workday implementation, configuration, or support. Business Process configuration, EIBs, Security, reports and more. Proficiency in ERP systems customization and configuration. Excellent oral, written and listening skills. Must work well with others and Self manage. Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Advanced Excel - Required. Business Intelligence knowledge and experience (desirable).
