At SIXHUNTERS we are seeking a KAM for an international company in the early stages of growth in Spain dedicated to design and development of medical devices.

Tasks: Sales Management: 100% of field work for the commercial and sales management of the company's Articular Replacement Portfolio in the assigned territory.Distribution Management: identify, build, manage and grow an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors & independent sales agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives; Willingness to travel outside of the assigned territory for business purposeMarket research – primary and secondary, Undertake an in-depth market mapping exercise, adopt a dynamic method to capture real time market intelligence & analyze this data for use in business strategyCompliance, Regulatory affairs, IP & Legal: follow organizational objectives to ensure high degree of compliance in business and ensure high integrity and ethical standards in transactions with all stake holders; ensure compliance of product promotion and Surgeon/hospital engagement as per company policies and country regulationRequirements:
At 3-8 years of current experience in Joint Replacement field as a front-line sales personExperience as front-line sales management position in Orthopedic implant (knee and hip) industry.
Life Science Graduates / Nursing Graduates/ Business Management (MBA) / Other relevant degrees will be consideredBusiness level proficiency in English. Additional language skills would be a plus but not mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
