Build and maintain the EU Total Cost to Serve (TCTS) data model for each business region (CBU);Design process of generating and updating Total Cost to Serve related data to improve availability and quality;Engineer and manage data using available tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Data Guru, SQL, Excel, etc);Collaborate / Influence cross-functional departments along the project implementation;Lead status meetings with project team;Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboard with TCTS related data;Identify logistics operation improvement opportunities based on data analysis;Support / Lead logistics optimization projects by keeping relevant supply chain related data updated and readily availableMeet your future manager (14) Johann Lauterbach | LinkedIn About Us Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management;2-5+ years of experience in Data Management, with strong data engineering and harmonization skills;MUST HAVE: Experienced with platforms for building, deploying, sharing, and maintaining data, analytics at scale (Databricks, Snowflake - SQL, R, Phyton)Excellent communication skills, story-telling with data, mainly with Power BI;Comfortable dealing with a complex data environment and large amount of stakeholders;Supply Chain Optimization knowledge with related software such as Coupa/LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, AIMMS, Blue Yonder, Optilogic Cosmic Frog, Gurobi, CPLEX is a plus;Fluency in English.
