At the Whiteam we´re seeking a Technical Manager to join our team remotely and work with European Public Agencies. MAIN TASKS: Technological planning, architecture, solution design, development, testing and quality activities including assessment of other contractor's ones Creation and execution of development plans and revision as appropriate to meet requirements and changes including assessment of other contractor's ones Technical assessment of requests for change within the change management process including assessment of other contractor's ones Management of technical teams including contractors Development lifecycle management and technical risks management Management of quality and coding standards including assessment of other contractor's deliverables Code review namely from contractors Development and implementation of project schedule Reporting tasks EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE: University degree Excellent English verbal and writing skills (level equivalent to B2 or higher) MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years of IT professional experience as technical manager on IT projects 2 projects in the role using the technologies, tools and components according to the Appendix TS.F - Backend development and Webservices/integration and project management Delivery mode: REMOTE
