In this role, you will be responsible for building strong connections with key stakeholders, answering client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams, including Recruitment, Finance, and Contract Management, to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of our services.   Responsabilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters. Cultivate enduring client relationships and establish trusted advisor connections with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services in alignment with customer needs and objectives, supporting the recruitment team in finding suitable candidates. Negotiate specific contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability, and oversee contract management to ensure a smooth and productive contract evolution. Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets. Foster trusted relationships with company consultants working at customer premises to optimize attrition rates and consultant satisfaction. Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Regularly update the CRM system (Salesforce) and internal reporting tools, and maintain daily updates in the recruitment system. Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members. Prepare regular reports on account status. Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. Assist in handling challenging client requests, issue escalations, and conflict resolution by providing specific insights into the daily operations of the company and keeping the client informed when necessary.  Requeriments: Knowledge of the EU Institutions  Ability to manage teams of IT Consultants. Previous experience in Customer Management. Proven track record in identifying business opportunities. Participation in the recruitment of new personnel. High fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Good knowledge of French is an advantage. This position requires to travel by Europe. Residents in Spain, Belgium or Netherlands.
