About Our Client Multinational industrial company with a strong presence in Europe Job Description Strategic Development: Design, implement and supervise acquisition strategies for ferrous waste in Europe, aligned with the company's objectives and market demands. Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, considering aspects of quality, volume, costs and sustainability. Commercial Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers throughout the supply chain, negotiating terms, prices and conditions for the acquisition of ferrous waste. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as production, logistics and finance, to ensure a constant flow of raw materials. Market Analysis and Trends: Monitor the European ferrous waste market, analyze trends, prices and conditions, and anticipate significant changes that may affect the acquisition strategy. Carry out analysis of costs, profitability and risks associated with the acquisition of materials. Sustainability and Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with environmental regulations and standards in all stages of acquisition of ferrous waste. Promote sustainable practices in the supply chain, promoting the circular economy and reducing environmental impact. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in sales, acquisitions or commercial management in the steel industry, with a focus on the acquisition of ferrous waste. In-depth knowledge of the European ferrous waste market, including suppliers, prices, market conditions and regulations. Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate and work in a multidisciplinary environment, managing relationships with internal and external teams.
