The position is remote and available to anyone self-driven and with the experience and capacity to contribute to our vision.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive event strategies aligned with company objectivesPlan and execute all aspects of event s, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor manage ment, and logisticsCollaborate with theExpansion, Marketing and Communication teams to ensure event s align with global strategyOversee on-site event manage ment, including staff coordination, attendee engagement, and problem-solvingEvaluating event success and providing post- event analysis and recommendations for improvement.Fluent written and verbalcommunication in Spanish and EnglishMinimum 5 years of proven experienceorganizing and managing global event s, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.Willingness to travel extensively for event planning and execution.Excellent budgeting and financial manage ment skillsStrong project / organizational manage ment skills with the ability to manage multiple project s simultaneously.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful event s.Knowledge of crypto currency, blockchain , or financial technology is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
