The Events Specialist is responsible for organizing, and executing corporate and dealer events that align with the company's overall business objectives. The event organization will cover the whole event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event evaluation. The position will work closely with the Marketing team so a proactive and team player profile is sought.The Events Specialist reports directly to the Marketing and PR Manager in Spain.Responsibilities:Research and select suitable event venues.Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.Coordinate event logistics and manage event registrations.Oversee event execution and ensure smooth operations.Evaluate event effectiveness and measure ROI.Stay up-to-date on event trends and best practices.Required skills, qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, events, or a related field.Prior experience at an event agency or PR firm/department5+ years of experience in press, event planning and execution.5+ years of experience in the automotive sector.Spanish native language level and proficiency level of English.Highly motivated and result driven.Knowledge of best practices in PR and event management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We offer:Performance and experience based competitive remuneration.Department & company wide teambuilding events.An exciting opportunity to be part of European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and de-carbonization of the economy.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a World of clean air .
