Mambo works with a true agile methodology, with an empowered team and nearly zero micromanagement.RoleWe are looking for a talented Producer / Project Manager with a good understanding of the casual mobile game market to help the team to deliver fun, innovative and entertaining experiences. You will directly report to the studio director, and you will take the lead and offer support in the subsequent areas:Project coordination and management: Optimise the team's productivity, ensuring everyone is working on the most important tasks and understands what they need to do.Assistance with team management: Assist in ensuring Mambo has the right team to achieve its goals and that team members are performing up to our expectations.Lead special initiatives: Take full ownership of special initiatives or projects that aren't core to the game (e.G. player support, community initiatives, etc.)With this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people working on the most successful Voodoo game.
