About the job and your team Act as a beacon of values and ethics through our daily conduct. Foster a sense of belonging to the company and the Group by driving actions that motivate, engage, and instill culture. Guide and assist managers in managing talent, creating career paths, onboarding, developing training and succession plans, etc. Work on the design and execution of regional projects aimed at process development and enhancement. Guarantee compliance with labor laws by offering support and advice on the subject. Equip managers and staff with the means and methods for the personal and professional growth of teams, retaining talent, guidance, conflict resolution, etc. Ensure accurate delivery of the area's established KPIs to the company. Sustain a proper relationship with labor unions, serving as a negotiator to secure mutual benefits. Handle labor affairs, including the preparation of payroll data and liaison with the external administrative office. Develop job descriptions and versatility matrices. Your qualifications and skills Hold an academic bachelor's degree (bachelor's in business, Law, Labor relationship, Phycology, or others) More than 5 years of HR experience. Living near or in Tarragona region. Be fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Knowledge of the current law legislation Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement You would also ideally haveExcellent communication and people skills.Aptitude in problem-solving.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Your potential future opportunitiesYou will have the opportunity to work with talented, inspiring and authentic leaders .
