This role is crucial in expanding our presence in international regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing export strategies, establishing strong relationships with distributors, and driving sales growth.YOUR CHALLENGE:Develop and implement effective export strategies for the DACH and Benelux regions to drive business growth.Identify and evaluate potential distributors and establish partnerships to expand our market presence.Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and sustained market penetration.Lead and coordinate the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the DACH and Benelux markets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of export plans.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of export initiatives.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize sales and market share.YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:- A Caring attitude towards our mission and see it as a "personal" problem to be solved professionally.- Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a GoodVibes attitude.- Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.- Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or a high-growth startup.- +5 years of experience as an Export Manager/KAM in the DACH and Benelux regions.- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing export strategies.- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in the DACH and Benelux regions.- Experience in managing direct retailers in this region as a Key Account Manager- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with distributors and key accounts.- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German and/or Dutch is highly desirable
