Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.? ?The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access to the beach, adult pool and vitality pool, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, and organized Food and Beverage Administrator to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will manage administrative responsibilities to support the Food and Beverage department. Responsibilities will include correspondence, reports, taking and distributing departmental and divisional meeting minutes, maintaining files, schedules and calendars for the Food and Beverage leadership team, assisting in restaurant reservations, and catering inquiries, and assisting in completing special projects. You will also be responsible for handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound, independent judgment, as well as for managing complex schedules and dealing with shifting priorities.
