That's where you come in. We're seeking someone to work with the Global Product Development and Creative team here in EMEA to set creative direction and drive innovation through the lens of fashion and trends to create excellent product merchandise that supports storytelling as it relates to Netflix titles and content. You will work closely with retailers to build relationships with designers and buyers to develop fashion graphics and deliver on trend and inspirational design ideas to build our business. You understand how to build compelling product ranges across multiple demographics by translating core brand attributes and into compelling and conversation driving ranges.
In this role you will; Be an integral part of the EMEA PDC team focussed on fashion graphic development for DTR partners. Hands on designer developing on trend fashion graphics utilising our brands and properties. Build relationships with buyers and designers at retailers to pitch ideas for our brands and properties. Activilly keep across fashion trends and directions to help inform your ideas and inspire the broader team. Manage any freelancers and outside agencies you need to support your workload in the development of any projects. Manage and maintain product approvals for the DTR partners in a timely manner through the internal product approval system. Build and maintain close relationships with cross functional teams such as Licensing, MSD and Retail Marketing to support overall brand vision. Align with key stakeholders across content makers, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing and regional marketing teams where applicable to maximize the impact of our strategies. What We Need From You; 8+ years of experience in designing fashion graphics across multiple consumer demographics (Kids to adults), within a fashion retailer or vertical entertainment/licensor or licensee. A stunning portfolio of outstanding and inspirational fashion graphics. Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate - exercising storytelling and joy through creative execution and product development. Strong knowledge of apparel and product brand trends, and the ability to apply that knowledge to direct brand vision and create compelling products. Understanding of the competitive brand and European retail landscape. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with contractors and agencies in soliciting creative projects and deliverables. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital. Multi-lingual - Spanish and English. EMEA regional experience.
