Join us in shaping the future of Supply Planning excellence, where collaboration sparks innovation at every turn.**As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating across functions, working closely with IBP process, adoption, o9, Data, and IT teams.Together, we'll deliver IBP Supply Planning solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of local markets.From deploying the global IBP template to fine-tuning configurations, your expertise will ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.**Responsibilities**:**Your day-to-day with us**:Lead the design, build and deployment of the IBP Supply Planning in a local market, including both technical and functional aspects.Support fit gaps sessions to understand and document the future design of the Supply Planning process for Local market.Lead Supply Planning design and execution, leads supply planning solvers design and configuration with Process and o9.Define & document functional design and its correct representation in functional specifications for supply planning tool and solvers, supporting Process, o9 and Consulting partners to ensure accurate reflection of business requirements.Ensure that business and user requirements are identified and addressed through the design of these processes, systems architecture, products and capabilities.Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled for the market, in collaboration with the Global IBP product managers/CoE.Build and maintain design for IBP Product including Global and local IBP business requirements from the market.Coordinate and support the definition and prioritization of product requirements, features and functionality across portfolio with product managers.Drive Data and Analytics team to ensure all data objects (GDO's) are defined and documented, and meet all business requirements.Support Supply Planning LPS and Heuristics Solver delivery.Support Supply Planning Solvers Product Continuous Improvement, to ensure the solver evolves adapting to the dynamic of the business.Manage cross workstream dependencies, together with the Demand Planning, Forums, Data and IT.Lead Product Solution Design and Configuration team for the deployment of IBP Program into a specific market.Deliver product by managing o9 solution architects, o9 Config, Analysts, Engineers, Developers, and UI/UX designers.Supports build Unit Testing, SIT and UAT.- Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design and delivery.Qualifications:**What you will need to succeed?**8+ years IBP, Supply/Production Planning, S&OP; or S&OE; experience preferred.8+ years of Project Management experience that includes leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams in a highly-matrixed environment
