Job Description We are looking for a Field Application Engineer for Industrial Automation products to support Iberia partners and customers, specifically for the North area. Position is based in Vitoria office but requires frequent business trips to visit customers and support them with IABG products commissioning. The area to cover will be mainly Basque region. For this position, you will work together with Sales Manager in region and connected with FAE Iberia team to answer customers' requests. Main Responsibilities: To support our Sales team, Key account customers and channels partners Providing introduction and training to channel partners for IA products/solutions Supporting channel partners with application of all IA products/solutions Reporting periodically to SM and Field Application Team on the status of the assigned activities and potential issues Conducting benchmarking analysis for IA products/solutions whenever required Reporting technology and feature trends related to IA products/solutions Qualifications: Native Spanish language or very fluent Technical high school diploma or Engineering University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) Solving and tracking customer product application and technical issues Assisting in writing product proposals Gathering information about industry trends/market products and giving feedback on product development Hands-on, technical experience with the products of industrial automation such as PLC, HMI, motion controller, inverter, servo Hands-on, technical experience in the fields of industrial automation such as packaging machine, and other OEM's in different vertical markets CODESYS use and experience Experience with Robot SCARA and Vision System is a plus Providing product training for dealers and customers Designing and executing the showroom Serving as a training instructor and conducting product training Conducting site surveys for quality problems and assisting R&D in conducting quality diagnoses Industry testing before exiting factories and giving feedback Sorting and organizing technical documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
