Enable the Field Sales team to develop Retail and Impulse accounts to achieve the desired Standards. Maximize GPV efficiency by implementing smooth process to increase stores local agreements, managing administrative task and optimize resources management, nationwide. He/she must provide all the necessary tools to ensure agreements compliance and correct use of resources. The Field Sales coordinator is a key interlocutor, coordinator and supporting for GPV, that will make the link with several internal stakeholders to enable a seamless coordination between counterparts.

RESPONSABILIDADES Áreas que son tus fortalezasTodas las responsabilidades que te confiaremos:
-Responsible to boost nationally local agreements managed by Sales Force teams in Impulse channel and independent Supermarkets:
Establish a clear and solid process for Strikers to easily make relevant new agreements. Monthly analyse the compliance and impact of the agreements on stores'KPIs, identify opportunities. Guarantee smooth follow-up of agreements conditions with Finance partners.
-Lead optimal resources and incentives management:
Manage Free Goods by building a uniform criterion for Sales Force to understand how to invest in each channel, and process Free Goods orders to warehouses and top clients. Provide monthly follow-up of orders to Area managers. Support incentives plan by coordinating merch items delivery to Field Sales teams.
-Periodically manage access authorizations of Strikers to Retail top accounts outlets:
Define a strong protocol with HR partners to guarantee the permanent compliance of all Strikers IDs and certificates in Retailers database. Establish an efficient process for the renewal of all authorizations before their expire date.
-Coordination:
Provide assistance to coordinate Field Sales activities, including organizing monthly team meetings, internal events, travel arrangements, trainings and responding to adhoc queries.
Support the team with Free Goods and Coolers frequent orders, guaranteeing all assets are being implemented in the right outlets. Provide hypercare with Operations colleagues to the Sales Force in case of issues in the deliveries and establish protocols to reduce the probability of delivery incidents.
-Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of reports related to Field Sales performance, market trends and Budget monitoring. Provide support to the field sales team in terms of results communication. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to access relevant commercial data in our CRM data base.
- Minimum 2 years of experience involving sales coordination and proven strong team spirit. - Experience in FMCG sector and clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behaviour • Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficiency in office software and fools • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.  - Self-Driven and ability to work on your own. - Fluent English written and spoken - Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…) skills.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Viajar 10-20% ¿Dónde estarás ubicado?
