We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.
As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Technical Services Department supporting the assigned region (Tarragona).You will be responsible of ensuring and maximizing the customer satisfaction with Sysmex product lines.
In this role you will: Ensure assistance aimed at customer satisfaction of all Sysmex products / solutions in the assigned geographic areaAttend appointments with the client for corrective interventions, being responsible of the proper functioning of the installed baseCarry out installations and guarantees.Carry out repair actions, maintenance visits andexecute corrective technical actionsReport data regarding the quality situation of the installations from the field of work to the head officeMaintain the quality of the installations & detects errorsKeep physicians informed about the proper functioning of the laboratory facilitiesProvide basic technical training after the installationsProvides support to sales and marketing teams in congresses, exhibitions, and workshopsOptimize net sales within its territorial scope in cooperation with sales representatives. What you need to be successful: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering orBiosciencesAdvanced Certificate in electronics and/or equivalent industry experienceNative level of Spanish and fluent in EnglishTechnical electronic equipment background, between 3-5years ofexperience managing technical teams (IVD industry)Knowledge as a user of PC tools and software applicationsCapable of working independently and towork under stressful situationsWhat's in it for you?
