Your responsibilitiesProviding remote or on-site technical support for customersExceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer serviceYour background5 years of experience in industry working as a maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment – ideally industrial automationSound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of electrical mechanical machineryKnowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and the ability to understand mechanical diagramsAbility to travel throughout Spain and occasionally internationally (Europe and further) for the majority of the yearThe availability to be on call on weekends, as per a pre-scheduled calendarA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skillsA technical training degree as an electrician or skilled mechanicSpanish or English language a must, strongly preferred both.
