Requirements:
Proven Eexperience in Treasury : 1. Posting of bank transactions.
2. Management of expense note settlements.
3.Monthly bank reconciliations.
4.Preparation of the Treasury closing of accounts.
5.Preparation of the third party payment report. Preparation of payment remittances. Execution and accounting of payments made each month.
6.Preparation of bank transfers and Cash Flow Forecast.
7.Digitisation and indexing in Sharepoint/Treasury of the generated bank documentation.
Proven Experience in Accouts Payable: 1. Maintenance of the third party master (suppliers / creditors).
2. Validation, accounting and archiving of the company's supplier and creditor invoices.
3.Control of incoming invoices to be registered, delivered internally for validation by the department manager for validation by the department manager
4.Confirmation of price, quantity and concept of invoices received in coordination with the outsourced department
5.Maintenance of price list.
E xperience in reporting: 1)Providing accurate and timely information to both the group and third parties.
Accounting 1)Proceed with the accounting closure of each month.
Willing to develop the above functions into a multidisciplinary Role.
Skills Bachelor's or Master's degre level Demonstrated record of accomplishments in tax/Finance related functions, with 3-5years of relevant professional experience. High analytical skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft office applications and consolidating external data sources. Positive, team player, resilient and result oriented attitude with strong relationship management skills High proactivity and coordination skills High learning agility and open mindset for change.
