What the role is The Finance Manager will help with the work in collaboration with the country team. This position will report directly to the Head of the department and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team agenda under its responsibility. What you will be doing Management Oversee the accounting operations of all the construction sites and locations in the ClusterManage banks and outsourced functionsTransactions Maintain an orderly accounting filing system and a system of controls over accounting transactionsPrepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.Process Region payroll in a timely mannerEnsure that periodic bank reconciliations are completedReporting Issue monthly financial statements for the ClusterCoordinate the preparation of the corporate quarter and annual report for the ClusterCalculate and issue financial and operating metricsPrepare weekly cash flow forecastCompliance Oversee compilable with local and state reporting requirements and tax filings for the ClusterCoordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual auditEnsure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards in each location.What you need for the role 5+ years of Finance & Accounting experience in the hospitality industryHigh school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferredExcellent knowledge of accounting (accounts payable/general ledger, financial chart of accounts, etc.)Good knowledge of and corporate procedures and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, etc
