As Financial Controller, you are responsible for controlling and reviewing the financial information and ensuring statutory, tax and legal compliance of several legal entities in EMEA. This will include:
Accounting controlling for Legal entities in Scope:
Quarterly review of financial statements (US GAAP),
Financial Reporting analytical review (preparation + analysis),
Deep dive on certain BS areas / unusual items,
Non standard commercial transactions review (606),
Regular teamwork with the Finance Shared Services, consolidation, tax and legal teams,
Responsible for reviewing statutory financial statements and presenting them to Boards of Directors,
Organization of the statutory annual financial statements' audits,
Coordination with local tax advisors and local auditors & coordination of local stat filings including surveys
Ad-hoc contribution to finance-related projects
Business partnering and projects management:
Partner with regional managing directors, leadership team and FP&A on the overall finance and business management of the region
Contribute to finance/legal/tax related projects to support environment evolution and company's evolution and growth (organic or acquisition).
Tax, legal and SOX compliance:
Assistance to the Tax audits (if any),
Review and sign off on Corporate income tax returns,
Performance of SOX controls related to Income tax
Who You Are:Master in Accounting and Finance is required (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
Strong excel and power point skills (SAP skill is a plus)
At least 5 years of experience in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred) -experience in the New Technology and Digital Marketing industries is a plus.
Must be well organized and analytical. Good team player. Self-driven and curious
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), French/Spanish is a plus
Willing to work in a fast moving, complex international environment.
