Job Description Responsible for finance & controlling of our state of the art production plant in Valencia Strong operational focus on implementing, improving and executing Manufacturing Controlling Providing direction regarding manufacturing controlling processes, keeping in mind hourly rates, utilization, absorption and a continuous improvement program tracking Act as business partner for local site manager and local management team, overseeing site strategy; including managing CAPEX, OPEX and NWC activities Responsible for planning process including monthly Rolling Forecast and annual Budget, including reporting to headquarter Coordination with sister companies about finance and operational topics, e.g. Intercompany volumes Qualifications Degree level (Bachelor, Master) in Finance and/or Accounting At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role Strong controlling profile with international experience in a manufacturing company Experience in standard costing Ability to manage a team in a high performance organization Analytical mind-set with strong SAP and MS Excel expertise are key skills Strong communication skills in English and Spanish complete your profile Additional Information medmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce. 93% of our employees would go above and beyond to deliver results – do you have the drive to succeed?
