Main Functions Phase 1: Analysis and Control Conduct a comprehensive financial analysis to understand current standings, profitability, and operational efficiency across all divisions. Advanced financial analysis and reporting experience Solid Strategic planning and financial forecasting experience Proven Financial software and tool skills Strong Finance controlling and pricing strategies development experience Deep knowledge of the Spanish advertising sector, its key players, rates, and economic practices. Strong negotiation skills and financial relationships with banks. Competence in constructing economic proposals and creative tenders. Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Availability to travel as required.
