Your responsibilities will span from financial planning and risk management to overseeing accounting processes and data integrity. You will lead a dedicated team, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights to the core team and management.Key Responsibilities:· Lead and mentor the finance and admin team, delegating tasks and pursuing efficiency.· Develop and refine financial policies aligned with organizational goals.· Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and risk mitigation strategies.· Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records across all corporate entities.· Regular bank reconciliation with control of accounts receivables and accounts payables.· Quarter & yearly VAT preparations as well as preparation of year-end closing.· Prepare and analyse financial reports supporting decision-making.· Responsible for budgeting & forecasting.· Collaborate & maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as auditors, tax specialists, legal counsel & banks.· Provide support for acquisition & project development activities, including feasibility assessments and financial modelling.· Provide rental support: guest management, budgeting, price setting and reporting.· Maintain permanent records of corporate entities and oversee HR-related tasks, such as payroll management.· Contract management with internal & external stakeholders.· Direct reporting to General Manager & CEO.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
