With a team of over 400 employees and 14 offices, they serve 55 markets with a portfolio of 100+ AAA customers, crafting award-winning end-to-end digital campaigns for brands such as Kia, Ikea, Mondelez, Disney, Bimbo, Fórmula 1, Philips, Beiersdorf, Heineken, Unilever, Nestle, and many others.Your MissionYour mission will be to lead the financial operations of our subsidiaries in the UK, the Netherlands and Finland (and more to come) and reporting to our Global CFO.Job FunctionsManage and supervise the company's daily financial and accounting operations, reporting to the Global CFOPrepare and analyze financial reports, projections and budgets, with the help of local teams and/or accounting agencies.Monitor and analyze financial results and make proposals for improvement.Ensure regulatory compliance and financial reporting.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Carry out bank management.Lead and develop a team of professionals in the area.Evaluate and control the financial situation of the center and prepare periodic reports on stability, liquidity and economic growth.Lead the execution, development and approval of financial statements such as balance sheets, profits/losses.Analyze differences in accounts, ratios, income/expenses, and investment analyses.Ensure compliance with the circuits and processes that affect the economic - administrative area.Detect possible anomalies and opportunities for improvement, prepare the corresponding reports and monitor compliance w ith the established recommendations.Requirements MustsAt least 5 years of experience in Finance departmentsExpert in accounting principles.Deep knowledge in the local general chart of accounts of either the UK, Finland or the Netherlands, as well as its financial and tax compliance.Advanced knowledge in a cloud-based ERP and Microsoft Office.Experience in billing and accounts receivable.Orientation to process optimization, efficiency and internal customer service.Ability to manage teams and people both locally and in remote.Nice to have Experience in a Big4 and/or in the advertising industry.Previous experience in the Financial department of a high-growth company.Advanced knowledge in Netsuite and Google Sheets.Finnish and Spanish languages are welcome
