Job DescriptionIt's an exciting time to be part of the IFF family.We are a global leader in taste, scent and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.IFF is very excited to welcome a new Finance Manager (Procurement & Supply Chain) to our Integrated Operations Finance team, and we hope it's you!Role Purpose is to be an important team member of the global Finance team and one of the Finance Partners to the global procurement organization.As Finance Manager Procurement & Supply Chain you will provide Finance support to the individual Business Units in terms of procurement related topics such as raw material price trends, setting standard costs, Raw material cost forecasting and preparation of annual budget.You will collaborate with a team of colleagues to ensure best & standard practices are followed across the globe.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with good knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance Analytics.Additionally, this is a global role working across all our businesses and corporate functions.The role does not have direct reports.Your key accountabilities: • Analyzing Raw material cost changes on a monthly basis and providing insights in price and cost movements• Be a Finance business partner for procurement related topics to a Business Unit• Liaise with input providers (Procurement, Energy Ops, Freight Ops, Product Mgmt, external service providers) to coordinate data consolidation and validation (actuals baseline & forecast), ensuring timely delivery.• Liaise with end-users (division pricing) to deliver summary cost-impact report as required.• Identify tool improvement areas (feedback from end-users) & communication with IT• Annual Planning, for Raw Material costs, forecasts and Annual budgets • Comprehensive support to drive cost savings initiatives, including compiling Business Cases and validating actual savings.Your key Interactions: • Global Business Unit Finance teams• Global Procurement team• Global Supply Chain team• Global ITJob Requirements Your qualifications to be successful in the role: • Extensive experience in financial analysis and financial control in a manufacturing environment • Demonstrated financial background, strong strategic and analytical skills• Fluency in English• Working knowledge of key procurement KPIs, such as Purchase Price Index, raw material savings project validation, logistics and energy cost analytics• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or any other relevant discipline is a must• Project Management on Process improvement projects• ERP and Business Intelligence systems knowledge• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite especially Excel and Power Point• PowerBI skills are an advantage• Ability to work in a matrix structure with different partners and cross functional teams• Ability to translate business requirements to technical tool improvements and communicate with IT Location: Oviedo, Asturias.Hybrid working model (on-site & home-office).At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
