You can still send me your CV to be considered for other projects or future opportunities.Tasks**Your responsibilities and impact as a Finance Manager will be**:- Define and supervise the plant's industrial management control policies, leading the workshop's finance team- Analyze the performance of the workshop, coordinating the definition of objectives and their follow-up- Coordinate the workshop's budget process with all departments and carry out budget control, analyzing the deviations produced and proposing corrective actions- Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual final closings of the workshop- Participate in the analysis of the income statement and monthly and annual margin**Requirements**:Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:- You are fluent in Spanish and English, French will be a big plus (Willingness to learn the language)- You have 7 years of experience as an industrial controller- You have experience in team management- You have experience with workshops/ateliers- You have been working in an international/multinational company- You have strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI and Office- You are proactive and innovative- You have excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
