will do :The Roles Key Responsibilities and TasksAs an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As aProject Manager in theFinanceteam you will be in charge of :Manage some of the New MOBO Project Workstreams : Manage and monitor the workstream calendar and execution Scope risk communication and stakeholder managementAct as a focal point and interface between Finance and IT Product or other business or functional areas to understand define and document the Finance requirements for the different business projectsUnderstand internal user requirements coordinate and steer its execution within the MOBO ProjectTrace and report project progress to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis highlighting issues or delays risks and mitigation actionsFacilitate the participation of the Finance Key users when appropriate in the business acceptance testing for new deliverables andor business new internal projects to be released identifying and prioritizing bugs in order to ensure that the business requirements have been metTake ownership on the MOBO future AMS Service acting as an eDo Service ManagerBe fully aware of standardized tools and template requirements and be a go to person for feedback on the development of projectprogram management standardsManage several projects in parallel reporting and escalating risks impact and mitigation actions affecting any Finance processWhat you need to succeed :Job RequirementsBring your unique project management within multinational environments for a mid to large size organization Proven experience with SAPHANA Project implementation Travel amp;accommodation industry knowledge Degreeprofessional qualification or equivalent work experience required Proficient in the use of planning tools development of cross functional plans Demonstrate influencing skills to achieve solutions and dealing with challenging stakeholder situations When faced with issues apply lateral thinking and analyses available information to solve problems and engages with teams to resolve Ability to Influence partners andor organizational leadership through effective listening and communication to accomplish programproject goals Ability to handle multiple high priority projects in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment Use a variety of communications methods to deliver information meaningful to the audienceand project needs Technical background for understanding the Finance Function Strong analytical skills and experience of producing business requirements documentation Fluent Spanish amp;English is a must Methodology : PMI Kanban Scrum PM Certification is a Plus Advanced user on MS Office toolsDesirable skills :Experience as a Service Manager role ERP Financial modules JIRA tool knowledgePerson specification :Responsible attention to detail Handson profile
