It also operates in the Real Estate with the development of important projects at commercial and management level.For our HQ in Madrid, we are looking for a:**FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT**The figure, placed in the**Financial Department** reporting to the Accounting Responsible, will manage all the accounting functions_._- Specifically, the position will involve the following activities:_- Manage all accounting functions within the company.- Manage all the month-end close and financial reporting.- Ensure month end and year-end closings are reliable and performed within required deadlines (IFRS and each Local accounting standards), with strict deadlines.- Coordination with external consultants for fiscal declarations and needs.- Assist auditors.- Preparation of yearly Financial Statements.- Participate in the accounting reporting process.- Manage specific internal control environment cycles and managing internal control.- Ad hoc projects and assignments.- Journal entries and accruals.- Intercompany control.- Assets and depreciation registration.- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar.- Experience at an international accounting department or similar outsourcing department.- Experience working for an international environment & cross-functional and networked organization and monthly reporting experience.- Superior communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to effectively address and influence all levels within the organization. Portuguese or Italian will be consider a plus.- SAP knowledge (desirable)- ERP experience- Proficiency Excel level- NPGC (local Spanish rules) and IFRS.
