We are growing fast, but with an informal atmosphere and a fun team we always manage to deliver the ultimate Student Experience.What you will do As Financial Accountant at Student Experience you will work closely with the Manager Accounting in Spain, but also you will cooperate with the team in the Netherlands consisting of the CFO, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, and Financial Accountant. In the position of Financial Account you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the administration for the Spanish entities, in close cooperation with the accounting manager. You will play a crucial role in managing all accounting transactions, handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings and the preparation of annual accounts. You will ensure timely bank payments and provide assistance in preparing and filing tax returns.From processing invoices to preparing payments and supporting the operations in the short and long stay processes on the administrative front, you will play a pivotal role. As the Spanish portfolio will certainly grow in size and activities, the Finance team will also further expanded, so plenty of room for you to develop yourself and to grow in responsibilities. Possesses a completed bachelor's or master's degree in business economics, finance, or accounting;Demonstrates independence, conscientiousness, reliability, accuracy, and timeliness in communications;Thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys socializing, and values connecting with colleagues;Has a strong command of both Spanish and English languages;Enjoys being hands-on and actively seeks to improve processes;Knowledge of Spanish tax regulations is a plus;Familiarity with systems such as Empire and Exact Online is a plus.What you get As Financial accountant at Student Experience Spain you will have a responsible role within the organization and work closely with all other departments.
