Financial Control Manager

MissionWe are hiring for a senior management role that provides the right information at the right time to support business execution. This will include but not be limited to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business plan.This role supports the management control staff with financial information and analysis explaining significant deviations between actual results and budget.In this role you will suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing and create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.You will also liaise closely with the Company's external auditors in the audit of the year-end accounts together with providing supporting schedules required by them. As well as ensuring that tax declarations are submitted on time and paid within the required time limitsYou will also have the opportunity to manage financing and grants.ResponsibilitiesManagement of the finance control team, providing any technical support as needed and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Financial reports, planning and analysis (Budget, Forecast, business plan..)Collaborate with the management control to creating the budget, including incorporating historical dataLocal and International TaxAudit and internal controlConsolidation and subsidiaries managementFinancial SI and ERP managementResearch and manage fundings opportunities including grantsRequired KnowledgeAt least 3 years experience in a management roleWe are hiring for a managerial profile from a top audit or consultancy firm with above 4 years experience with exposure in the manufacturing industry and industrial sector.Degree in Finance, Economics, AccountingExcellent organization and administration skillsEnergetic and motivated personality with great multi-taskingGoal orientedAble to work under pressure to tight deadlinesAbility to analyze data and make decisionsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelAdvanced English and fluent SpanishKnowledge of working within a consultancy.Planning and cost control for industrial companies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
