Necomplus, part of Asecco South Eastern Europe Group is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join Controlling team in Spain! This is a brand new position, so you will have the opportunity to make an impact and develop own ideas.Main accountabilities:Participate in budgeting and forecasting process Input/import data into reporting systems, check and identify anomalies, track correctionCalculate variances from the budget and participate in interpreting resultsPrepare ad-hoc reports to support decision makingParticipate in integrated financial reporting and delivery actuals data from ERP to group reporting systemCoordinate with the Accounting setup of ERP system to assure consistency with Group requirementsPrepare regular and non-regular analysis and explanations on request of Group ControllingBe part of Group Controlling organization, share experiences and cooperate with team of experienced Financial Controllers across SEE regionAbout youEducation:Master's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fieldLanguage:English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, making presentations, preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed task.Spanish - Advanced levelRequired Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Relevant experience in Finance or Controlling (ideally in a multinational environment)Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge; IFRS knowledge is a plusKnowledge of complex reporting structures including finance and accounting principles, budgeting and analysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or CCH Tagetik will be a strong advantageCapacity to understand the business substance, curiosity, creativity, out of the box mentality, team spirit, to do attitute are among key skills needed for the job. Competencies:Effectively plans and organizes activitiesProblem solving attitudeSets own goals, prioritizes work and delivers objectivesTeamwork and Collaboration orientedReporting & presentation skills
