This is a very diverse role that will work transversely between all internal stakeholders (HR, Strategy, Product, Legal, Tech, etc.). Within the Finance and Operations team, we are business advisors. We use data to help our internal stakeholders understand their financial needs. We ensure our internal leaders have the most up to date and reliable information that allows them to make the best possible decision to achieve our overall business objectives.As a FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company by performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that support major corporate decisions of the CFO, CEO, and the Board of Directors. You will report to the Finance and Operation Lead and will be responsible for analyzing all aspects of business performance across the group.Location:The role is based in Madrid or Spain (remote)Way of Working: Remote / HybridKey Responsibilities:Working as a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager you will be responsible for:Budget and forecasting process, implementing the Financial modeling to analyze the company numbers with the representation in numbers in the past, present, and the forecasted futureDeliver monthly business review with analysis of variances and key learningsEnsure timely reporting/tracking of company KPIs, including insightful commentary and recommendationsDevelop KPI metrics as we grow, and improve reporting capabilities to give leaders forward-looking indicators. Track actuals throughout the month/week vs. forecast for key KPIsProvide insights from data analysis for decisions that impact the future. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvementModeling of new business / revenue streamsSupport senior management, analyze efficiencies, and assess risks involved
