.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Key Account Manager, to join our team in Spain. This role is pivotal in building strategic relationships with our Fleet accounts across Spain, driving sales excellence, and achieving shared business goals.In this role you will develop strategies to increase units sold and net sales across small, medium, and large categories. You will also be in charge of enhancing Goodyear's share of business and customer potential through strategic account management and value creation.We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the tire sector, dedicated to providing exceptional fleet services to our clients. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our customers.Role Overview:As a Fleet Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our team, responsible for analyzing fleet data, managing P&L, negotiating with stakeholders and increase our Fleet business with new customers.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive business cases for new and existing fleets, with a focus on international and national tenders.- Lead communication with various departments, including Finance, Revenue Management, Legal, and Sales Managers, to ensure seamless coordination.- Oversee and reconcile provisions within fleets.- Manage the end-to-end P&L for the renting channel, implementing corrective actions and enhancements to drive profitability.- Develop and analyze reports on fleet performance, including ratios, compliance analysis, and profitability calculators.- Drive negotiation efforts with fleets and service providers to optimize service conditions and rental rates.- Collaborate with regional teams to align fleet strategy and maintain regular communication with colleagues in EMEA for international fleet negotiations. Proficiency in English is essential for this aspect of the role.- Lead a team of two individuals in the Fleet Consumer department, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.Requirements:- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and negotiation, preferably in the fleet or automotive industry.- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and lead a team to success.- Fluent in English, with the ability to engage in negotiations and collaborate with international teams.Required Experience & Essential Competencies3-5 years in sales with a minimum of 4 years in Key Account Management. Expertise in category management, sales negotiation, and strategic planningProven track record in major account management and executive-level relationship building, preferably in the automotive industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent experience.Collaborative teamwork and effective communication
