Main areas of expertise include aircraft performance, weight and balance, oper-ation technical manuals and specially new route feasibility studies & flight planning support.Main Accountabilities- Conducting technical feasibility studies for new airports and routes, providing details on aircraft type, flight duration, limitations.- Performing studies on the entire network operated by the company to ensure that any modification affecting airport characteristics, procedures, or navaids, are accurately updated in the documentation loaded into the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) and the aircraft's navigation database.- Maintaining the entire flight planning system used by flight dispatchers.- Continuous alignment and collaboration with dispatchers and technical pilots to assess the specificities of airports and routes and provide operational support.- Ongoing cross checking with the company's quality and safety specialists to ensure that deliverables are safe and reliable within approved processes.- Participate in one of the multiple transformation projects managed by the department, contributing positively to the company's objectives, such as improving operational safety, increasing sustainability and reducing the workload of crews.Main Responsibilities - TasksAdditionally to the previously listed accountabilities and functions, the candidate may also have the opportunity to develop in aspects such as :- Calculates aircraft weight and balance information according to the company's flight operations guidelines established by the Standards Manager.- Collaborates in aircraft performance computation, runway data, airports characteristics and contingency procedures, and / or weight and balance computation.- Updates aircraft operation technical Manuals (WBM, FCOM, AFM, QRH and MEL) and associated documents (AD, OEB; OIT, FOT, etc.).- Provides support for the tasks related with the EFB that are developed in the Technical Office.Main Relationships- Dispatchers- Technical pilots- Network- OperationsEducationAeronautical Engineering Degree (required)ExperienceValuable a minimum of 1 year of experience.Competencies- Communication- High proactivity & Hands-on- Deliver focused- Planning- Continuous improvement oriented attitude.Languages- English : C1 (required)- Spanish : C1 (required)OtherAny Airbus flight operations related training (desired)LocationViladecans - BarcelonaLevelUnlock the power of join usEvery single person who works with us is unique.
