You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.What you will do in this roleAs a Lead Generator on our team, you will:- Use CRM to contact,qualify accounts and generate opportunitiesEnsure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expectedParticipate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotelsOffer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotelsAssist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when requiredWork on external lists when required on other platforms as providedConcentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in EnglishHave a sales backgroundHave great organization and communication skills and positive work attitudeHave experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).It will be a plus if you have:- Hospitality background- Experience in using CRMsIf you feel you don't check every box,we encourage you to apply anyway.
