Requirements: Minimum studies: University Degree Recruitment Experience at least 1 year for consultants, 3 years for senior consultants. Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting. Good level of English is a must. Target and results orientation. Very good communications and people skills.  Main functions Business development, clients and candidates contact. Direct search for candidates Publication of offers on the main job portals/ Curriculum screening. Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews and client meetings. Negotiate with Clients our service contract and conduct the process. Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client to arrange interviews.
