Fp&A Analyst

Control, develop and provide analysis of 5 years business model, country and Group monthly reporting, forecasts, and annual plan; monthly country managers' reports & annual operating plan / quarterly forecast presentation templates. Supports modelling the Group's 5-Year Plan financial model. The integrated financial model comprises a full profit & loss account, BS and cash flowsSupports the annual budgeting process. Developing planning guidelines to the countries for the BudgetProvides and ensures all the data and reports to the planning and forecasting processes on Group levelLiaises with countries and HQ senior management on business plan and forecastAnalyses and provides feedback on country submissions to the business plan and forecastRuns, analyses and updates scenarios for the above activitiesReviews monthly country management accounts submissions and in particular the variance analysis and liaise with countries where items are not clearConsolidates monthly variance analysis for financial statementsPrepares & distributes monthly country managers reports templatesWrites commentary and prepares various materials for inclusion in the monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc consolidated board results packagesEnsures support to the whole Group FP&A team in excel models' analysis and cooperating strongly with MIS team for proper reportingCapex execution control in terms of planning and scopes. Monitor investment program and follow-up the differences versus budgeted figures.Supports the OneStream and SAP implementation for FP&A, defining requirements with business sense University/College degree in EconomicsStrong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent English is a mustACCA/ CIMA would be an advantage3-5 years of experience in similar a roleHighly desired OneStream experience
