This will support our mission to grow internationally, and ultimately to build and develop a robust global BESS portfolio. We are an eclectic team with varied backgrounds. Our team has experience scaling billion dollar tech start-ups and building energy companies, as well as deep specialisms in the energy markets. Your Mission: We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to support the continued development of the business. You would support the existing team ( Danny and Brecht ) in building a Best-In-Class FP&A function, leading on Business Partnering and stakeholder reporting. The successful individual will have had experience both in FP&A and the energy/construction industry, with strong strategic planning & modelling skills. The role is ideal for experienced FP&A professionals who relish the opportunity to build a Best-In-Class function in a rapidly growing company and industry.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering:Act as a Strategic Financial Partner to our Country Leads, to help them manage their rapid growth.Collaborate closely with operational teams to monitor divisional performance, understand project economics and key drivers of growth.Financial forecasting & reportingAssist in all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, including annual planning, P&L forecast, cash flow forecasts, and department budgetsPrepare the monthly board reporting pack and present components to internal and external stakeholders.Data Visualization & AnalyticsDesign and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to present financial and operational data in a clear and compelling manner.Utilise data visualisation best practices to tell stories, highlight trends, and communicate key insights to stakeholders
