In this role, the employee is responsible for (i) analyzing financial data from different sources, (ii) creating a model that inspires Travel Distribution Controlling when it comes to making decision making and (iii) being the PoC for any Financial System related questions (Qlik/Sac; BW; Gross Margin, etc). Accountabilities:- Owner of the financial reporting tools: Alignment and monthly updating of such tools and the financial KPIs information needed to manage the business and measure performance of the unit. - Active communication and close coordination with the rest of TRD controllers to anticipate analysis and prevent problems after the consolidation process. Supporting them in any ad hoc analysis that facilitate decision making: financial analysis related with the main variables of the P&L and business KPIs - Information warrant when it comes to planning and actual financial information. It is then accurate and respecting the deadlines. Manages access to information. - Manages the detection of finance mistakes in the tools and propose solutions to Travel Distribution Controlling and Digital Transformation Services. - Propose revenues and costs allocations methodology in those cases that are needed. The tools to be used are BPC11 and BW. Create functional dashboards to facilitate analysis and increase efficiency - Manages the relation with the Corporate Controlling Center of Excellence: supporting the maintenance of Qlik dashboards, ensuring the know how is transferred to the appropriate teams and supervising the outcome of the results. Requirements:- Proven knowledge of technical tools such as SAP, Qlik and is an excellent user of Excel. - Communicates fluently in English. - Financial and analytical understanding- Shows curiosity and is willing to work and learn.
