Job Description THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORKING ROLE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LIVE IN CEUTA AND MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK WITHOUT VISA SPONSORSHIP Being part of the Customer Operations team and reporting to the Payments and Fraud Team Lead, as a Payments and Fraud Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis of customers' accounts to detect potentially fraudulent behaviour and to proactively minimize fraud trends through regular checks, including Payments processing and dealing with issues related to Payments.
As a Payments and Fraud Analyst, your role encompasses processing client payments and addressing associated issues promptly. This includes monitoring account activities such as registrations, deposits, and withdrawals while using your experience and judgment to evaluate and mitigate fraud risks. You diligently check Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, review financial and player activities to minimize financial risks, and actively investigate and resolve issues related to money transfers.
Additionally, you collaborate with various departments to maintain professional and efficient operations, support the Team Leader in anti-money laundering matters, identify customers with potential gambling issues, and contribute to the overall adherence to industry regulations through continuous awareness and reporting.
