We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.Fraud ManagerLocation: MálagaFor this role you will need to be based in our Málaga office 4 days a week.About the role:Ebury's Fraud Prevention Manager, plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Ebury against fraudulent activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust fraud prevention strategies and controls, with a focus on leveraging automation to enhance detection capabilities.Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive fraud prevention programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.- Utilise cutting-edge technology and data analytics to automate fraud detection processes and enhance overall efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and strengthen existing controls, ensuring a proactive approach to fraud prevention.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements to continuously improve fraud prevention measures.- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.- Provide leadership and training to internal teams on fraud prevention best practices and the effective use of automated tools.- Monitor and analyse key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.Qualifications:5 years of experience in fraud prevention, with a proven track record of successfully implementing automated fraud detection processes.Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to fraud prevention.Strong analytical skills.Proficient in utilising data analysis tools and technologies for fraud detection.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team in a fast-paced environment.#LI-GC2#LI-ONSITEAbout UsEbury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.Founded in 2009, we are headquartered in London and have more than 1300 staff with a presence in more than 20 countries worldwide.
