Freelance Recruiter (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a freelance Recruiter 360 to join our team and assist us in meeting the recruitment needs of our global clients. Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified candidates for various roles across different industries and geographic locations. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions. Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and clients. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, online databases, and recruitment events, to find suitable talent. Collaborate closely with the internal team to understand clients' recruitment needs and provide effective solutions. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers. Requirements: Requirements: Based in Gran Canaria Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international environment. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate with candidates and clients in English. Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously. Availability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule.
