Oversee a portfolio of partners, focusing on developing their business sell-out, growth, and margin. Qualifications: Native in French and Flemish C1 proficiency in English Requirements: 2 years of technical sales experience. Previous experience in a Channel environment; familiarity with partners and distributors. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, including effective telephone and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented, utilizing negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time management skills to achieve objectives. Demonstrates innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving abilities in decision-making. Capable of establishing and following an individual action plan to meet goals, while employing appropriate strategies.
