The company provides a secure, scalable, and fast solution that helps thousands of researchers around the globe to discover new drugs and therapies.DescriptionNow Milaboratories is looking for a Frontend Team Lead.Tasks:Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend developersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including bioinformatics developers, backend developers, DevOps and product managersFacilitate communication between the frontend team and external bioinformatics developers using our SDK, including documentation, conferences, and direct communicationManage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring milestones are met efficiently and effectivelyAct as a liaison between the frontend team and other stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and requirements effectivelyLead code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and introduce automated testing and quality assurance practicesMust-have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer with at least 2 years in a leadership roleExcellent knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript languagesStrong expertise with Vue.js and other modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) as well as proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive designExperience integrating frontend components with complex backend systemsExcellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skillsFluent EnglishNice-to-have:Experience with other programming languages (C++, Python, R, etc)Experience in the bioinformatics fieldBenefits and conditions:Trial period: 3 monthsRelocation to Spain, BilbaoAbility to work in a project that truly matters, 99% of the team are on the engineering sideAnnual bonusFree work schedule, start-up atmosphereInterview process:Intro call with ToughbyteTechnical interview with company founders or Team LeadTest assignment (home-based)Discussion of the test task#J-18808-Ljbffr
