As the Forntend Tech Lead at Last.app, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for shaping and executing our front-end technology strategy. You will lead a team of talented developers, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Drive the architectural vision for our front-end applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Hands-on coding and development, setting the standard for high-quality, efficient, and maintainable front-end code.
Stay current with front-end technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance our development processes.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to front-end development.
Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend systems
Requirements Proven experience as a senior product manager or head of product in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience working closely with development teams and understanding technical constraints.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
